It is thanks to Gail and her fantastic approach to fitness and healthy eating that I have regained my enthusiasm for exercise and am gaining my confidence back. Booking on to my first Bootcamp was such a good decision. Gail has created an environment which is so supportive, friendly and enjoyable. The range of activities keeps me motivated and challenged and I honestly look forward to going each week. Gail is incredibly good humoured and positive that even when I feel tired going in to a class, I always come out feeling so much better.
I started needing to shed the pounds I had piled on, I was doing no exercise at all. It was certainly challenging at first, but the easier options meant I could work within my own limitations without any fear of judgment. Over the months though I’ve found I can do much more. It has been a long slow journey but Gail’s focus on toning up as well as weight loss has completely changed my body shape, exercise has become a key part of my life. I have found Gail’s thinking on diet to be refreshingly realistic and this approach will help me now to maintain my weight loss and hopefully tone up further!
