We use the Personal Information that we collect from you to provide services to you. This includes, but is not limited to, information about dates and times of classes being offered, any changes in venue or additional fitness services and special offers available by Gail Nicholls Fitness.
We use photographs to advertise classes.
We use photographs of individuals with their permission to celebrate the success of our customers achieving their personal goals of improving their fitness, losing weight, getting stronger and achieving similar personal goals.
Upon request, Gail Nicholls Fitness will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal Information and, if that is the case, what Personal Information we hold.

Contractors providing administrative support to Gail Nicholls Fitness need access to records that contain Personal Information. Contractors are obliged to sign none disclosure agreements.

We do use social media such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to communicate with our customers. For example, Boot Camp, Group Exercise, Personal Training and Boxerbeat customers are joined into Facebook groups so as to make communication with each group as a whole simple and efficient. Such interactions with social media providers are governed by the privacy policy of the social media company providing them.

We will send customers communications about Gail Nicholls Fitness services.
We will send customers communications about Boxerbeat Ltd services. Boxerbeat Ltd is a company owned by Gail Nicholls.
