Your session will always begin with an initial consultation which is FREE of charge before the session begins so we can assess your goals and fitness levels. We would take a full body measurement and take photo’s to see your progression.
We would also discuss your dietary requirements for maximum results and provide an effective programme to suit your aims and goals.
Personal Training doesn’t have to be alone, we also provide Buddy-up and small group training to share the costs at competitive prices and our packages are 5 weeks or 10 weeks.
