Getting in shape for the summer with our series of 10 minute workouts. 5 x exercise combinations to perform for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest.

Remember to warm up and cool down and stretch. Use good form and challenge yourself. Progress your workout by performing more repetitions and raising your intensity.

This 10 minute workout can be done at home, on the beach or even in your lunch hour at work.

No need for equipment as You are the machine. Remember to Stay hydrated.

NB; Seek medical advice before embarking on any workout program.
